Radio Ljubljana was one of the first radio stations in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes. It began regular broadcasting in 1928. In 1957, Radio Ljubljana became the first station in Yugoslavia to switch to FM, broadcast in stereo sound, and reduce interference compared to AM. This improvement was especially noticeable in music broadcasts.
